"Accountability, Responsibility and Sustainability"
Our goals are to target at risk young men between the ages of twelve (12) and twenty-six (26) years old. We have a desire to train these young men in the disciplines necessary to become accountable, responsible, values driven adults and responsible citizens.
We also seek to develop a culture within the community wherein the identifying mark of maturity is the ability to mentor a young man as opposed biologically producing a child.
We believe so strongly in this methodology that we believe the impact on the partcipants of the program will look to achieve their academic goals, remain drug free and gang free and will steer clear of any conflicts with the criminal justice system. We plan to have our participants to lead lives of "Accountability, Responsibility and Sustainability."
