"Accountability, Responsibility and Sustainability"
This is the primary component of this project. It will establish and foster a relationship between mature, responsible, well adjusted men "and at-risk" youths.
Each participant will have to sign a covanent to do his best to comply and adhere to all project guidelines. Parents and guardians will have to sign a permission slip and waiver that will allow the mentor to interact with the school system on the participants behalf to permit the participant to travel with the group when the group visits other programs.
Each mentor is expected to spend ninety (90) minutes each week with each of his participants; to vist the participants school periodically to show support, and to check on the participants progress.
