Statement of Declaration by Men of Valor II
We, Citizens of The City of Joliet & Vicinity, from all walks of life, have joined together to make our homes, schools, and all public venues in America safe from firearms. We declare, decree, and insist that ’enough is enough’! Stop endangering, shooting, destroying, and killing the innocent lives of our children, youth, and adults who deserve to live just like you! We support the Second Amendment to the Constitution, but we also recognize, as does the United States Supreme Court, that there are limits to Second Amendment rights when it infringes on the rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Each life does matter! We are currently seeking the support of our legislators in Congress for measures to reduce gun violence and to put The Holy Bible and Prayer back into The Public Schools.
